Deposit Terms & Conditions

By purchasing you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you decide to cancel your course with more than 7 days before the course date, there will be a £25 processing fee with the balance refunded within 14 days.

If you decide to cancel your course with less than 7 days before the course date, the deposit is not refundable but may be used against any of our courses in full or part.

Where there is a credit difference, when a lesser course is chosen, any credit difference is not refundable but may be used against any of our courses in full or part.

Instructor Led Courses

Any outstanding balance is to be paid in full at the start of your course.

Online Courses

Any outstanding balance is to be paid in full prior to taking any theory or practical assessment.

Transfers

Deposits purchased by an individual are not transferable.

Deposits purchased by an organisation may be transferred to another individual within that organisation at the discretion of Spectrum Drone Services.
