If you have a current valid Operational Authorisation you can apply up to 90 days before your existing Operational Authorisation expires to ensure you maintain continuity.

Night Flying

We can include night flying at no extra charge should you require it. Your operations manual will include all the requirements to operate at night and your drone checklists will incorporate night flying normal and emergency procedures.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is normally 2-4 working days on receipt of all required documentation.

This service is for a renewal of a valid Operational Authorisation for standard VLOS permissions.

• Operations Manual (MS Word).

• Last CAA Operational Authorisation.

• Valid insurance documents or PAG info.

• Valid CAA Flyer & Operator ID’s.

• Valid GVC certificates for all included remote pilots.

• Details of any changes;

  • Contact details (address, email or telephone).

  • Remote pilots.

  • Addition or removal of drones.
