The CAA’s service agreement to turn around renewals is 28 working days. If you have a current valid Operational Authorisation you can apply up to 90 days before your existing Operational Authorisation expires to ensure you maintain continuity.

Saving you time and money

If the CAA refuse your application this will delay the issue of your Operational Authorisation, the CAA will charge a rejection/assessment fee of £124.00 if submitted documentation does not meet the required standard.

Night Flying

We can include night flying at no extra charge should you require it. Your operations manual will include all the requirements to operate at night and your drone checklists will incorporate night flying normal and emergency procedures.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is normally 2 working days on receipt of all required documentation.

Important Information

This service is for a renewal of a valid PfCO or Operational Authorisation for standard VLOS permissions.

If your PfCO has expired or you have an OSC please contact us before purchasing.

• Last CAA issued PfCO or Operational Authorisation.

• Valid insurance documents.

• Valid CAA Flyer & Operator ID’s.

• Certificates from the completion of your course.

• Details of any changes;

  • Contact details (address, email or telephone).

  • Remote pilots.

  • Addition or removal of drones.
